A military officer aboard the aircraft died. Another five were injured and taken to a hospital in ManausThe Army Aviation Command (CAvEx) regrets to report that this morning (13/08), an Army Aviation aircraft, model Panther K2 (registration EB-2021), crashed near Careiro da Várzea, five minutes after its takeoff from Manaus (AM).

Looks like he caught the wires on the way down. The fact there was only one fatality out of six p.o.b. is quite remarkable.
