License plaques

A young friend of mine is training in Canada and has just passed his cpl. I’d like to get him a license plaque as a momento but unlike Sportys
in the USA I can’t find anywhere that will do it for a Canadian license. Any suggestions?

I have not heard of such a plaque before but it sounds like a very nice gift idea.
