Apart from the usual ETOPS alternates in Northeast Canada such as Gander and Iqaluit - has anyone got any other good ones that they might use? I'm looking for some others in that sort of area, but are struggling to find some. Its for an aircraft with a 120min time rule.

Any suggestions welcome.

When I was flying a large Airbus twin that had 138mins etops we used to run through St Johns as a refuel stop when we were trying to get to Calgary.
