View Full Version : How long will 767's/757's last
I love these aircraft but was told BA are to see them go in another 2 years :( :( :(
I have always been focused on a charter airline to join, such as Britannia as they have my favorite aircraft. 767 and 757 and a bit of 737, though how long will they last!
I want to fly these aircraft wihtin the next 2years for Britannia, but will they still be there and for how long?

All the ex-BA 757's sold are being turned into freighters to be operated by DHL Air and EAT for DHL. They'll be around a good while yet

However, they are soon history with Brits.. :(
lol, ok. I'll have to chase after them when I get older enough! Looks like there being sold off down the line.
What u say, DHL? Right...DHL here we go!
I've kicked the tires of those BA 757s awaiting cargo convertion in Alabama, at Mobile's Downtown airport [KBFM]... all look in pretty find condition to me... and infact positively sparkling, parked next to some rotting old 747s and all the passing 727 traffic!

Brenoch - what do you mean when you say the 757/767 is soon history with Brits?

Brits are dropping the 757's, probably to get the super-scud, 737-900X, rumours has it the 767's will be A330... :(
No...No..NOOOOO!!!!!!!!! Is this TUI's fault! I hate that little devil!
