What other qualities must a good pilot posses besides good flying skils and good CRM.

Personality and if you are a FO flying with 411A the inability to speak your mind and the ability to do as you are told:D :D :D

Common sense, ability to get along with the occasional abrasive captain, a good sense of numbers and geometry, and multitasking ability also help.

Neccessity to speak calmly and not SHOUT, like a spoilt child, when you can not get your own way. Realise that humour is one of the best mediums to disseminate information ;)
