Is Max QNH Altitude in the RTOW Charts a limiting altitude ( in terms of altitude ) in case of an engine failure after Thrust Reduction Altitude and thrust is Set to TOGA, or is the thrust limit now only to be measured in terms of time (10 Minutes).

The minimum and maximum altitudes are calculated considering the whole chart. The minimum altitude is the maximum for all chart and maximum altitude is the minimum for the whole chart. It ensures ten minutes are not exceeded for all cases. Actual engine limit is ten minutes from the time takeoff thrust is set.
