Recently I am doing some studying of the FCOM, when I come to the flight control chapter, the spoiler issue is confusing me a lot, and I am asking for help, plz~
Refer to the FCOM:
during landing, the auto speed brake system operates when these cinditions occur:
1. speed brake lever is in the ARMED position
2. speed brake ARMED light is illuminated
3. radio altitude is less than 10fts
4. landing gear strut compresses on touchdown
note: compression of any landing gear strut enebles the flight spoilers to deploy. Compression of the right main landing gear strut enables the ground spoilers to deploy.
5. both thrust lever are retard to IDLE
6. main landing gear wheels spin up (more than 60kts)
The speed brake lever automatically moves to the UP position and the spoilers deploy
If a wheel spin-up signal is not detected, when the AIR/GROUND system senses ground mode (any gear strut compresses) the SPPED BRAKE lever moves to the UP position and flight spoiler panels deploy automatically. when the right main landing gear strut compresses, a mechanical linkage opens the ground spoiler interlock valve and the ground spoilers deploy.

Question:
1. when we encounter crosswind landing, one of our main wheel touch first, if the left main wheel touch first and the wheel is spinning, the others condition all met, in these case, I would like to say only the flight spoiler will be deployed, after the right main strut compressed, the ground spoiler will be deployed.
2.As we know, as long as we have the landing gear strut compresses on touchdown, and all the other condition met, no matter the wheel spin or not, the speed brake will be deploy, so why we still have the condition right there?
3. Other scenario: when we laning on the contaminated RWY,at the moment the wheel just touch the ground, due to hydroplaning, the wheel is not spinning, and none of the gear shrut compresses, what if the PF raise the speed brake lever manually? Could the lever be raise to the UP poision? Or be stuck in the flight position until the gear strut comoresses?
4.If we encounter the bounce landing and the first touch down with throttle not idle, after we bounce up into the air with couple feets height, then indle the throttle, would any speed brake raise up? and which one? flight or ground spoiler?
