CFI Working Hours

Hello. I’m interested in going to Canada in order to convert my CPL and get a Flight Instructor Rating. I can get a 12 months work permit after that so that I can work as an instructor and get work experience for Permanent Residence. But for that I need 12 months of full time work, meaning 30 hours per week. Is it possible to get that many hours? How many hours do you work per week?
