Hello, aviation world!

I've recently become an instructor. And started to feel some kind of lack of knowledge in instructing on decision making.
So, can anyone suggest a good book or an article, that can be useful as a guide for me how to instruct on desicion making?

Cheers

Sidney Dekker is another author also well worth reading.

Both the Australian CAA and the FAA have produced stuff for instructors on how to teach human factors and TEM.

There are lots on the market to find
