A380 maximum cycles

A surprisingly difficult to find information. All I could find was that in 2006 ground testing reached 15,000 cycles and that's it. Does anyone know the A380's max lifespan?

PS I'd also be interested in other airplanes, too. A330, A340, A350, B744, 748, 777. So if anyone is sitting on a goldmine of cycle life info, don't hesitate to contribute to this thread.

The A380's DSG is 19,000 cycles, 140,000 hr. or 25 years, whichever comes first.

If the limit was cycles, what is the cost per cycle? 18500USD?

Those are the numbers from AvWeek article in 2013, the first link in Google if you type A380 DSG. But half a year later it was already 19,500 cycles. I wonder what it is in 2019.

I seem to remember from a dim and distant conversation that the a340 had a hard cycles life. Once you hit that its game over. I believe It was because it was the first airbus designed using cad/cam. But I may be wrong.

I would expect with modern design principles aircraft aren't hard lifed anymore but can be extended depending on insoections and replacement of lifed parts.

again I’ve been led to believe that the TCX 330’s were some of the oldest in the world and airbus had put sensing equipment on them to see how the aircraft was performing to help extend other airbus aircraft.

Given current trends it would seem very unlikely that any 380 will be retired due to having hit any of those limits...
