Does anyone know where to obtain new outrigger legs for a Slingsby T61F, or the material to make them?

Mclean aviation might be able to help at Rufforth airfield.

Have you tried Slingsby themselves or Schiebe, the original builders of the SF25 Motorfalke?

Sorry, I don't want to be a nit-picker, still for searching the www or so, "Scheibe" might work better.

Try Stu Hoy at Anglia Sailplanes. Contact Anglia Sailplanes | Anglia Sailplanes (http://www.angliasailplanes.co.uk/contact/)
I think he can make them.
TBH Scheibe might also supply them at a price but I think the T61 is Imperial measurements not Metric so might need a bit of fettling to fit.
Or make your own - the outrigger is just a length of 3/4" nylon round bar................... They do need to be rigid though - soft bar soon bends.......................

The out riggers are made of Nylon 66 which is available from numerous suppliers in suitable lengths. I get mine from https://www.directplastics.co.uk/nylon-6-6-rod
