Hi friends,
I am holding a Non EU Icao licence(cpl ir/me).Do you know the best and cheapest way to convert it to jar fcl(with a frz atpl if possible).I know that this is a common subject but my "case" is a bit different,no?

Your case is the same as anyone else with a non-JAR but ICAO licence eg USA, Australian, New Zealand, South African etc etc etc...

... & therefore U are exempt from the approved CPL training course (fly as required to pass the skill test) & ME theory, but unfortunately not from the IR one (55h).

:) Actually, the procedure is laid down on the JAA's website www.jaa.nl (http://www.jaa.nl) and is quite simple. Depending on your experience level, you have to determine where you fit into the system, and then take it from there. Look for it under JAR-FCL and it'll all be clear. Be careful though, since the procedure for FAA licences is quite different!
