Doesn't look too promising on the InselAir web page:

From the Curaçao Chronicle this white knight hope:

Trinidadian to take over InselAirLOCAL (https://www.curacaochronicle.com/category/local/1/) | By Correspondent (http://www.curacaochronicle.com/) Feb. 13, 2019

WILLEMSTAD - The businessman from Trinidad and Tobago Michael Rocke, in partnership with Tilgent Capital Trust based in Florida are now negotiating to take over the ailing local airline InselAir Curaçao.

This became known during the court session in Curaçao which dealt with the dispute between InselAsir and former candidate buyer interCaribbean Airways.

The court responded positively to the announcement that there is a new interested party for InselAir, which has been granted a moratorium since March 2017. Tomorrow, InselAir and its creditors will be again in court to see if the new party is serious about the acquisition of the airline. Then they will have to show if they really have the necessary funds to take over.

Curt Barnes of Tilgent Capital Trust in Clearwater, Florida, indicates that his investment firm has no knowledge of aviation, but that he and partner Rocke in Trinidad have professionals who can manage InselAir and make it a profitable company again.

InselAir was one of the largest airline companies in the region a few years ago.
