Proposed Commander 114 or 112 Group - Liverpool United Kingdom

I am considering establishing a new group based upon either a Commander 114 or 112. I plan to base the aircraft at Liverpool. The group will be no larger than 10 persons and each member must have at least 100 hours PIC. I would like to get the group operational by Spring/Summer 2019. The share cost will be between £7,000 and £10,000. Conversion training will be arranged if needed.

Just wondered if you know there is already an AC114 group at Speke with around that number of members - might be quicker just to join them.

Yes I am aware of this group and they are "full" with apparently a waiting list!
I used to be in another group with one of the guys. The aircraft is G-NATT.
