Flair is hiring both DECs and FO's as they expand.

For anyone looking to head home it might be an opportunity. FO start around $60,000 Captains at almost $110,000. 85 hours MAX per month and any days not flying, GS etc ate OFF days so most guys getting 13-15 days off a month. OT paid at double time.

Got word that the company didn’t pay the overtime/GDO since several months.
Only excuses yet on why the don’t respect their contract.

Surely they can't be that picky. The well is dry and there's a major drought coming. If you are qualified to be in the left seat of a 737 and are not a industry reject, I wouldn't worry about it. Might be a good idea to brush up on important stuff like, Vmcg and the 4 stages of departure. In my experience with high performance jets, they are not impressed if you say, "minimum controllable airspeed on the ground for Vmcg"...might want to get the exact definition and totally understand it. I've done many interviews of pilots and they tend to think buzz words cover their knowledge. Just gives the interviewer an avenue to ask even deeper questions. Good luck. Also, I think the DFO is an EX-TC Inspector, so knowing which CAR's relate to you wouldn't be a bad refresher.

I've heard from a buddy at Flair that they will be upgrading their entire fleet to 737NGs in the next year or two.

I will poke around a bit. I am in a position that I can find out pretty easy. Would make sense if they are profitable. plus way more NG sims around for training not to mention the uplift.

Not my opinion. Just the general opinion based on numerous posts on the forums. Same drivel being dished out here as well.

I have a couple of friends there and they seem content, as of now.
