Hi all,

I have reading this easa publication ( mind is a bit dated)
https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/pprune.org-vbulletin/1062x775/pom_233c97515f8ba04abd403b87d8afa1ee3683f6f3.png

trying to find out what was required for the me doing the pilot owner 50 hours check, and to my surprise in that slide , I found that when the aircraft has a MTOW <850kg , it would be also possible to do for the pilot owner the 100 hours check plus annual. Also, there is no competency checked.

to what extent this is true?

thank you

This was a proposal 12 years ago. At the moment, pilot-owner maintenance is not permitted for the annual or 100-hour check (Part-M App VIII (b)(9)). No change is planned in the forthcoming Part-ML.
