What do F100 and A320 captains make at Network?

…..a living.
Why not ask them yourself, or research the EBA or Award?

Or just ask here and have someone tell me

Because with an attitude like that, no one will tell you. It’s not that hard to find out, give it a go, you may learn something......or maybe not.

Captains are in 160. Exactly 10k more than the Fokker.

Thanks sandy Palms, good to see some nice blokes in this world.

Its confirmed that once Netlink get sufficient tech crew, the A320 will be flying Perth-Bali.

On which AOC? It's been comprehensively proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Indo Government don't appreciate people Wet Leasing into Bali.

The problem is there’s no guarantee they will ever get sufficient tech crew. They can barely keep their F100’s in the air atm, and far more current pilots want to go to mainline rather than the 320. If they do go to the 320, I’d expect them to get the minimum hours on type then take off to China to make some real money.

I'm sorry, can you confirm 160k for an a320 CAPTAIN?!!?
:yuk: they have got to be having a laugh.
No wonder they have no crew.

A quick check of the EBA says 165K base for a new Captain, going up to just under 170K on 15 Oct. I assume that's the Fokker rate.

160 k to 170k give or take for a 320 Capt, what a joke. Yep when it becomes evident that there is not enough drivers to crew their next phase of operation, the next step will be outsourcing via 457 which will move beyond the turboprop operation of qlink to include network. If only there was a thread with the pay rates for all the Aussie airlines! Oh wait! (https://www.pprune.org/australia-new-zealand-pacific/448354-australian-airline-wages-compilation-17.html) :} :E

That was my ‘subtle’ point Keg, but it still took someone else to point it out. Maybe too subtle!!!!

I guess you “blokes” missed my subtle point that the A320 wages are not on there.

Thread drift but how does Network compare to Alliance.
And not just salary?

A320 Capt 183 Base + super with OT threshold 65hrs
F100 Capt 165 Base + super with OT threshold 65hrs
Lots of operational improvements implemented and further on the way (full EFB both fleets, centralised load control imminent etc).
Plenty of interest in A320 from internal ranks.
Crewing levels better than most operators at the moment; nothing like the annual leave issues suffered elsewhere.
Mostly 2 sector days finished under 7 hours of duty.
Mostly fly 4 days a week with a standby.
Average 650 hours per year.
Compared with most operations, an engaged and happy workforce.

Sorry to rain on the parade, but do carry on & knock yourselves out.
