Browsing on flight radar 24 I noticed a "Silk air" flight going north over Laos and a" Pegas air" flight from Krasnoyarsk going south on what looked to be the same flight path silk air was at 37,000 and Pegas air at 38000.Is this sufficient?I realise the flight paths may not be exactly the same but over mountainous terrain would it be enough for safety? This at 0855 today .20.7N 101.6 E.The pegas air flight showed no destination but probably U-Tapao.Silk air to Chongqning.

1000' separation in RVSM airspace is normal.

37000' should be safe to cross mountainous terrain in most places.
