Those are old ads if you’re seeing them in Ireland or Europe don’t bother.
CAL is owned by the Trinidad & Tobago government and an oversight committee for the government recently reprimanded CAL’s management for attempting to lure foreign nationals when there are equally qualified local candidates available.
Thia practice by CAL will stop, if it hasn’t already.

I highly doubt youre you’re getting any real feedback from the ads yoU have seen, it’s a dead end w.r.t. that specifies posting.

CAL is currently hiring FOs for the ATRs
Current CAs on the ATRs will move to CAs on the 737
Current FOs on the 737 if desired, will take CA on the ATR.
