Light acft (Cessna?) flying around West Cork on 19/07

Just curious to know if anyone knows anything about a light aircraft flying numerous circles quite low near Schull village, West Cork (Ireland) on 19 July.........

If so, are there any airstrips (except Bantry - which has a very short runway) nearby?
