Hi, I am a cadet pilot, still doing my studies. Normally I will be flying on my own in half a year. Since my instructor suggested me to check some pilot apps, I figured this would be a great place to get info. Could you reccommend me some? Thanks

What do you want to do with your "pilot apps"?

Too many people today decide that they 'need an app for that', when they don't even know what the app does. The cart should not lead the horse...

You should try Airports, invaluable.

Flightradar, in case you ever wonder where that damn delay is coming from.

I tried plenty, these I kept
. Aeroweather (the paid version with NOTAMS)
. Sat 24 (hugely better than the website)
. DG Crew
. FeiXingZhiYi HD
. FR24

The rest of the needs are covered well by the company suite. It took me a while to understand that what I NEED is as few as possible. So ditched all the others.

Especially at the beginning, I suggest to maintain an old school paper logbook. Take all the signatures and stamps in it that you can, simulators included. At least until obtaining full ATPL. You never know when you'd need those, see my app no. 4. :)
