Hello, Could someone tell me if there is a connection between these variations of Gleneagles please?

The original Gleneagle Helicopters Limited was set up on 19 May 1979 and registered at Edinburgh Airport.

Another company named Gleneagle Helicopters Services (Scotland) Limited was set up on 19 Nov 1980 and was registered in Aberdeen.

Another company named Gleneagles (note the ’s’) Helicopters Limited was formed on 22 February 1995 and registered in Fife
