The ginfo says this plane was destroyed in 2013 ?
Today's news photograph shows much the same paint scheme as the 2013 plane, and shows now
with u/c intact & one wing removed.

Chiswell is much the same geographical spot as Plaistows - which is a very short microlight field. I couldn't get into its short downhill r/w in the Rans on my one go.
Also it looks like the original crash report with a/c photograph was an archive picture of another similar 'plane, and later news pictures have had that misleading one removed.

The AAIB has sent a team to investigate the crash of a microlight, so not an Europa.

Pilot dies in light aircraft crash near Chiswell Green - BBC News (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-beds-bucks-herts-42292758)

A pilot has died after a light aircraft crashed moments after taking off. The plane came down in a field off Chiswell Green Lane at Chiswell Green, Hertfordshire.

Hertfordshire Police said it was called at 12:33 GMT by the ambulance service to reports of the crash.

The pilot, in his 50s, was the only person on board, the force added. The Air Accidents Investigation Branch has launched an investigation into the crash.

A spokesman for Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue said the light aircraft had reportedly "gone down on take-off". "Two fire engines and a service unit attended and made the aircraft safe," he added.
