The cockpit is seperated from the cabin by a partition right behind the pilot's seats. And the pilots carefully step round it to get to their seats.
If you are seated in row 1, then you may be able to peer around, but would you like someone you didn't know resting their chin on your shoulder while your driving your car??:D
