Plan A
Attend an EASA ATO instead, and pass the relevant CPL & IR flight tests
Pass the 14 written exams
MCC course
Obtain an EU passport to work in Europe.

Plan B
Work in that part of the world where your passport allows.
Obtain a professional licence issued by your regulatory authority

Thank parkfell, is MCC a legal requirement or is it just favored?

Not required for licence issue where the initial type rating is for single pilot operations.
Mandatory for issue of first multi crew type under EASA

Also, to be of any use to anyone, you need a ME-IR and a night rating.

Parkfell, so with God's help I i've decided to go with a plan A kind of training. does a type rating training for a multi-crew airplane cancel the need for MCC. Thanks a lot

You will need to complete the MCC (preferably MCC/JOC combined ~ 9 exercises) prior to the multi crew type rating course.

also, a good idea.

You will need to complete the MCC ... prior to the multi crew type rating course. Not entirely true - MCC training may be combined with the type rating course. However, it is the case that most employers these days will expect the applicant to have already completed this training at his/her own expense.
