Lesson from this accident: If taxiing in fog, keep orientated by using the compass combined with the aerodrome chart.

One I remember well, a very experienced and respected Captain, a closed runway with no markers, the runway lights still active,controller could not see progress and no ground radar, all ducks lined up that night.
