Can I as an FAA CFI fly over Europe giving flight instruction in aircraft registered in the US?

Yes, provided that it is not flight instruction for an EASA licence, rating or certificate.

Wasn't something changed in recent years if you are a European resident?
You need both EASA and FAA if you're flying an N-reg as PIC?
It was an attempt to close the N-reg loophole in Europa-land.

So I'd venture to say you can give a flight review to a dual rated pilot whose has not expired yet and is acting PIC.
Find out yourself about the residency thing as I don't know where to find the applicable European references.

Actually I am not an European resident. In this case I can fly aircraft registered elsewhere other then Europe?
