I am filling in a customs form for France - CAEN.

Wondered if we also need a GAR form for the same or just fill in the return for UK soil?

Thanks.

No need for a GAR outbound from the UK to EU countries.

You will need to fill in the Caen customs form for arrival and departure.

Thought as much.. But for inbound to UK I will need the GAR (I believe)?

I am planing on coasting out at Eastbourne and then via IFR point SITET and direct to NK reporting point for CAEN..

Hopefully should be straightforward!

Yes. This might help: Going Foreign Info (https://www.dropbox.com/s/dpvj8cacx235nlu/Why_Not_Fly_to_France_2016-v4.51.pdf?dl=0)

Wasn't the UK GAR just a special version of the general GENDEC, in principle needed for every crossing of borders but never really checked by authorities?
