I'm aware of the shift towards Boeing std for Ops manuals with various operators, possibly due the insurance issues associated with non-compliance with Boeing 'Best Practice' recommendations. Is there a central source through which I can compare my own company SOPs with the standard set? Googoo doesn't seem to lead me anywhere that carries the Boeing current Ops manual template so any links would be gratefully received.

Thanks

FCTM is Boeings best practice. Everything else is another option you can pay for.

Each Boeing operator has access to generic Boeing FCOM for the type they operate, which includes standard Boeing SOPs.

Ask your company, if they are willing to provide it.

Are you saying that the FCOM in use should also have a standard Boeing version available alongside it? When I asked I was told that there wasn't a Boeing one available, although, that may just be them being difficult.

Thanks. I'll have another try with someone else in Ops.

At my airline, the company published its own FCH, which was FAA-approved. The Boeing generic FCOM was not approved for our operation. I'm sure it became approved if, or when, one of our Boeing airplanes was sold.
