View Full Version : 787 HUD in de-cluttered mode
In de-cluttered mode the 787 has a letter B next to the altimeter read out. It displays even when std is set so I don't think it means BARO doesn't show it in FCOM...any ideas?

"B" indicates digital baro...(sorry)
Edit...fixed the explanation....
Thanks for the reply. I only have nine items identified in the FCOM illustration....none of them refer to range. Do you have a link to the slant range explanation?

let me check on the range, may have thought of the wrong ac....sorry, wrong ac...(unless you have a weaponized 788)
Here is the explanation of the B from the Pilots Guide on the 4000, 6000 should be the same...
is this what you are looking at?
Here is a link to the Pilots guide...

I only have nine items identified in the FCOM illustration.
Any chance you can provide a screen shot of that page...the FCOM on the 787 that I have does not provided any illustration.
