I've had a few Company mobile phones over the years and ever since Nokia's demise they've issued have been awful. The last Nokia (a 6300: lovely little phone) is still in use even though it's battered to buggery and the 'new' ones remain unused in the cupboard: a Samsung GT-B2710 and a B-25 CAT Phone. The latter is particularly  dreadful.

What phones are provided to the Pilots in your Company and are they any good or do they torture your sensibilities with the imposition of the cheapest nastiest piece of non-smartphone tat they can find?

Soldiering on with Nokia for now.

PS Anyone know how to get a hold of a top notch battery for a Nokia 6310i or a new Nokia 6300?

Alcatel onetouch. It's not as good as the old Nokia but for a modern phone its battery life is quite reasonable.

Samsung S5 Active. Decent phone, good camera. Some water resistance.
