The KA GMF has flipped his lid, blown a fuse and then had a few, before posting his demeaning vitriolic rant as part of his weekly update. Not happy eh? We all know you are nearing retirement, and we all know you have little to loose by lambasting the DPA that ironically, you were once the proud president of. You were once representing the very pilots who you now ridicule.
You abuse your position of authority to lambast the pilot COS representatives, who are trying to preserve the livelihood of all DPA members. It appears you are on a personal vendetta to preserve one thing: Your retirement bonus. Yes that gastly payoff you have been hanging on in there, through various illnesses, to collect. Luck you. Greedy .
Many thanks for the offer of the 0% increase in pay fixed for 2 years. Its an offer I can personally live without. Literally.
I sir, also have nothing to loose . Im not interested in preserving your retirement bonus. I view the wellness my family and my colleagues higher. Senior managers have earned huge amounts whilst presiding over the rot that has afflicted KA and its current employees. They should give back, don't take that bonus, give it to our colleagues who maybe affected by the 30% cuts. As suggested in the weekly update, as to the reason pilots do not deserve or warrant a pay adjustment inline with inflation. Thats all.
