I am a solicitor for a community group in a planning appeal against a windfarm. Their Ambidgi expert, Ian Jennings, has given evidence that an alternate route from Parafield to Murray Bridge is available which tracks over the top of ADL and that the student at straight and level flight or first NAV level can transit the area by issuing a general broadcast call without pre-clearance. It sounds bizarre to me but I have not witness to put up against it.

For a solicitor, you are lacking in clarity and precision. You appear to be talking about Australian Airspace and have chosen to post this in a UK Forum!

Is this a UK only forum?

Hey Whopity, your tag says you live in Europe, so why are you on a UK forum?? Brexit, remember?

rudestuff used the word "only" not me!

This is a UK based forum however; I know that there were recommendations for Low Level VFR Transit Corridors within the Adelaide CTR. Details of those routes are more likely to be found in the Australian Aeronautical Documentation than on a Pilots Rumour Network based 17000 miles away, especially when a high proportion of readers will have no idea where Parafield or Murray Bridge are.

The UK is part of Europe and Brexit will have no bearing on that
