Good evening,
I have been trying to get some guidance material for DROT at busy airports. I am specifically looking at reference times to use for line-up from CAT II and CAT I holding points, flight crew reaction time to take-off clearances and take-off times. I realise there probably isn't a hard and fast rule here, but I am just looking for a starting point. Dubai for instance stipulate an expectation of 8-10 seconds to react to a take-off clearance.
Eurocontrol has a document titled EUROCONTROL (2003) Enhancing Airside Capacity, the Complete Guide, Ed. 2.0 that I am sure will answer most of my questions, but I have been unable to locate/download the file. Does anyone know if it is available to the public?
Thank you in advance,
PJ
