Learn to do it yourself, it is not rocket science. Train with old curtains or so on any bit of round tube.

Unless you need some certified signature to the job.

Totally agree.
There are a range of covering systems to chose from, one even that you just glue it on, heat shrink and go (no dope or paint required).

Aircraft Coverings located at Henstridge airfield in Somerset were exhibitors at the LAA
Rally last year and appeared very professional.
