Hi, Is there any website or documents available that would help me review/ study materials for helicopter EASA examinations?

Please have a look here, it is for free www.EASA66.eu/BBS (http://www.easa-66.eu/BBS/viewforum.php?f=5)
It has helicopter module 12 and module 11 airframe information.
Books are normally about helicopters but do not give you information about systems and other sub-modules of module 12!

You could also read (study) "The helicopter, history, piloting and how it flies" by Peter Fay. It may be out of print, but it still says most of what you need to know.

Sorry Rigga, that should be John Fay, not Peter. "The Helicopter, History, Piloting and How it Flies" published by David & Charles, Newton Abbot, ISBN 0 7153 7249 1. A super little book, it was a great help to get me through the helicopter theory of flight part of my A&C (Rotorcraft) licence many years ago. Another good read on this topic is "Basic Theory of the Helicopter" by Roger Raletz and published (free?) by the Product Support Department of Aerospatiale - Helicopter Division (now Airbus Helicopters of course). Ask your local friendly Airbus Helicopters representative to get you a copy, it's available in hardcopy or electronic format.

Another one is Sikorsky Helicopter Flight Theory for Pilots and Mechanics, you used to get them from Sikorsky when you did a course there, I don't think they still do them, there is a learning programme that goes with it as well, please bear in mind that the terminology will be different, the chapter on autorotation is the best I have read. There is also a huge amount of information available on-line that you can find with a diligent search

I've been checking this webite for some minutes now and can't really get a grip on what exactly you get for it, Is it enough and easy accesable? Have anyone here tried it?
