Aviation English Renewal, ELP, ELPT?

Hi all,

I did my test 6 years ago on ILPT website and now is due to be renewed. Unfortunately this site is no longer approved by UK CAA so the question is, does anyone know any easy convenient way of doing this test on line which is acceptable by UK CAA?

The CAA no longer allow tests on line - there was too much fraud apparently! You have to do them in person at an approved testing centre. The blurb says you can take them at any British Council, but when I asked them about a test in Hong Kong, they knew nothing about it. They said they would work out how they could do a test, but haven't got back to me three years later.

Thank you Dan. That is also what I learned about online testing...
Also, before any Examiner English native speaker was able to do assessment during OPS-LPC...bu that is not the case any more. Apparently they can only give level 6 nothing else... Still looking...
