Minimum altitude for A/P use on Non ILS approach EASA

Dear all,

I am trying to find a reference in the EASA regulation that specify until which minimum altitude you can keep the autopilot engaged when flying a non ILS approach.
It used to be written on our manuals that it was MDA minus 50 feet but it has been removed and replaced by " according to regulatory agency "
Can anybody help by giving a reference to EASA rules ?

When sufficient visual reference is established at or before minimums, disengage the autopilot in accordance with regulatory requirements, and disengage the autothrottle at the same time.
Maintain the glide path to landing.
