as title, what is the main concern for normal operation of B777-300 cabin door?

Errrr....as with most aircraft main doors doors - in normal circumstances make sure it's in manual mode before opening.
If it's more complex than that I give up...what's the answer?
Arming disarmimg without splitting your pants..
