Can a CRI ME & IRI also teach in integrated courses?

A CRI can only train licence holders! Candidates on Integrated Courses are training for the issue of a licence! The answer should be obvious.

some of these courses have the cpl me test somewhat separate, that's why I was asking.

Maybe these CRI ME IRI could do the last ME IR part?

Regardless of whether the CPL test is completed as part of on an integrated course they would still not meet the requirements to have a stand alone CPL issued and therefore still have no licence. It is only by completing the whole course that the student becomes eligible to hold a licence.
