when our crew fly hochimin to incheon, i debated between captain and me about v1 adjustment in the cockpit
captain said
"when we apply v1 adjustment, i knew that we should apply actual weight and find v1 reduction on the v1 adjustment chart"
i said
"no, when we find v1 adjust adjustment, (procedure is below)
first, find OAT
second, find climb limit and runway limit, select lesser. it is "B"
third, apply "B" and do the weight adjustment. it is "C"
fourth, Vmcg check
fifth, apply "C" and do the v1 adjustment, but obtain v1,vr and v2 for the actual weight dry rwy takeoff speed table
who is right?????
