A320 QRH Bold Title, color title box, etc?

The Abnormal and Emergency Procedure Table of Contents have some in BOLT e.g (ELEC EMER CONFIG Summary) Why are some in bold and other not?

Title/Header Box color and shading- What does the gray shading vs white shading mean? Some with boxed corner (red) and some not?

If any Airbus guys can help me understand this better please. :)

FCOM PRO-ABN 01 - "FCOM Procedure Layout"

White background - procedure displayed on ECAM,
Gray background - procedure not displayed on ECAM

No black "side-boxes" - abnormal procedure (caution)
Black "side-boxes" - emergency procedure (warning)

What about the BOLD title in the QRH? Are there any reference or reasons for that?
