Ground stop at MIA & FLL currently in effect due to "power problems" at Miami TRACON.

KMIA operations appear normal to me. Arrivals vectored to 8L, 9 and 12, a queue of planes departing 8R.
Approach freqs sound routine to my ear.

Miami Center took over. Limited departures were allowed and as of 5 mins ago the ground stop has been lifted. Delays of up to 1 hour 30 minutes can still be expected.
