Is the absolute stability picture showing a warm front (passing over the cold air)? Should I infer from that that you can only get cloud in absolute stability if it is in a warm front?

If so, will a Tropical Maritime Air Mass (attached) only form cloud and rain if it is at the front of a warm front?

Thanks. When else can you get cloud in absolute stability? I thought the air will always sink (without a cold air mass beneath it). And therefore it will never hit the dew point?
