Moving within Europe

Does anyone know what the deal is within EASA if you move from one state to another (at the moment pre-Brexit)? I.E. Can you (do you need to?) switch licences and take your FI (A) with you?

Thanks a lot Mustapha. So, what about renewals if you don't change it over ? Do you have to go back to the country of origin or can you do a renewal inthe new location?
