Hi ,

I would like to have some informations.

I'm french with a Stand alone FAA CPL IR ASEL and AMEL .
I heard that it's quite easy to convert My FAA licences into TCAC.
So my idea was to convert and to obtain a VISA to work as a pilot in CANADA .

Do you know if I have any chance to find kind of a work in aviation in Canada , or will it bie quite impossible ?
If it's possible which type of work do I have to aim ?

thanks a loooot

Work? Well, that will depend on your experience, if you are just another product of the system with low time your chances are not too good, if however you have a few thousand hours of real IFR and other types of flying { ie, floats, night bag runs, pointer pilot ect.} then your chances are very good. Best of luck to you!

2000h is reasonably competitive, but you need the right to work in Canada first (plus the license conversion); otherwise your resume will go direct to the recycling bin.
