I've been buying flying "stuff" from this company for many years, but the last few transactions have been riddled with admin errors, poor information over the phone by their "experts", and leading to yet another disappointment today when I received my goods.
Is anyone else finding the same?
I asked for something to be clarified three times before I paid for it, and was emphatically reassured of the facts....
What other sensibly priced options are there for avionics and flying gear these days? I don't mind paying a bit more to get good technical advice, which is something that Mendelsohn's used to offer, but sadly not anymore.
