NOTAM for Fort Lauderdale talks about increased minima for an S - ILS!

Only thing I can find is a Special Authorisation ILS ( ILS SA ) which has a Rad Alt minima of 150 feet. Special Authorisation required to fly this approach....if this is we don't have it would be this NOTAM is not applicable and we apply standard CAT 1 minima.

If not correct could someone please enlighten me? Thanks in advance.

I think that in this context, 'S' means 'straight-in approach', as compared to the circling minimums published later. Is this the NOTAM?
