I have a Peltor 8006 headset. It is quite old, I bought it cheap a while back for use as my second headset for passengers.
The microphone mouthpiece has broken but the boom is all in tact. I have the microphone piece and I have thought about repairing it, but it would be a bit of a botch job as bits of plastic casing are missing.
I've been looking for a spare microphone but cheapest I can find is about £65 for the entire boom arm.
I don't really want to spend that much on it given I picked it up cheap, it's age and what other cheap headsets are available on eBay.
Does anyone have any advice? Anywhere to pick up spare parts or cheap repair?
