MNPS airspace countries

Does anyone know where I can find a list of countries and/or ATC units that make use of MNPS airspace?

Mainly interested in countries bordering Europe & Asia, Turkey being number 1.

MNPS is only in the NAT region, but Canada also uses CMNPS for Artic routes. Otherwise, it's the NAT region, not to be confused with the OTS.
